1st Solid Food!
Don't I look too little to be 6 months old already!

Believe it or not our little peanut is 6 months old and ready to start solid food! We had the first taste test tonight and it was fun. Who knows how much food she actually ate, but she was a good sport. Dad did a great job at getting it into her mouth but she managed to sift through and spit most of it back out :) The plan is to try just the rice cereal for a few weeks and then we will start adding in the fruits and veggies. It seems a little overwhelming but like anything I'm sure once you get going its not too bad. Good job Adelyn!

looks like a lot of fun! i wanted to tell you that whatever you do, don't start her on fruits first. stick to the veggies at first because she won't want them if you don't! our doc was dumb and told us to start fruits and then veggies...bad idea, we had to start all over to get her used to bland again! it's a lot of fun once you get used to it!
It looks like she's waiting for a big piece of chocolate cake in the first photo. What a peanut!
work is great, thanks for asking! she seems to really enjoy having all the new friends. she usually falls asleep for the night around 6 on days that she goe to daycare which is a bonus for jim and i! my address is: 1710 W. Larpenteur Ave Falcon Heights, MN 55113
oh yeah, I was going to ask you, what was the name of the apt. that you and brandy lived in in Shoreview. i think i drive by it sometimes! weird! is the solid food still going well?
