Can you believe my dad turned 30?!

Happy 30th birthday Jon! We had a blast celebrating with you this weekend at Buck Hill and the Wild game was a perfect way to spend your birthday evening. Adelyn and I hope you know how special you are to us and how much we appreciate you. We hope you felt spoiled on your birthday because you deserve it!

First Snowman - Ever

Adelyn made her first snowman at Grandma's this weekend. It fell down on Sunday with the warm temps but we repaired it last night. Don't worry, she was wearing appropriate winter clothes when she built it. We didn't have the camera with so we had to do a photo shoot later of her grand creation. He's not as grumpy of a snowman as his celery mouth makes him seem. We struggled to find the right props. Later in the evening we asked her what we used for her snowman's nose she answered 'carrot' even though it had been a few hours since she had built it. What a little smarty :)

19 months old and proud of it

A few weeks ago Adelyn finally answered us when we asked if she wanted a brother or sister. Each time we asked she answered 'Sister.' Does she have any idea what we are talking about? Who knows...but it is still fun to have her answer. If she really does want a sister maybe its due to the fun she has with her good friend Chloe :)
